Inexpensive Halloween Treats

Every year the holiday known as Halloween rolls around at the end of the month of October, and every year the prices on Halloween candy and various Halloween oriented treats go up in price or aren't very appealing. To get everyone started for that time of the year I've created a list of more less expensive treats for this year's Halloween holiday.

Most of the treats that I have listed can be either bought at your local grocery store or made with your magical hands this year, though when made by hand it is much easier to spend less money on your treats of choice. These treats are mostly meant for parties or communities where all of the neighbors trust each other when it comes to handing out certain candy (homemade candy especially) to their kids on Halloween.
